Welcome everyone!

Ryan speaking here –
For those of you that don’t know, this is the story of a Midwesterner and a Texan. We both attended Indiana University, but our paths did not cross until a couple years later while Katlyn was attending graduate school in Chicago.

You guessed it, we matched on Hinge! We joke that we should be an ad for the dating app because this was Katlyn’s first (and only) date - the rest is history!

In 2019 we traveled extensively throughout the U.S., Canada, and Europe. We visited Banff in October, 2019. We knew then, under the soft snow in front of Lake Louise, that this relationship was special.

In true Ryan fashion (if you know, you know), he planned an amazing trip to Thailand and the Maldives in 2022, where he proposed to me on the beach at sunset (I knew it was coming the whole time).

Fast forward to now, we are living in Austin with our sweet doggie Archie, our first child and best friend 🐶. We're soaking up all the BBQ, live music, and outdoor activities in our new home as we slowly melt from the TX heat.
